We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with strong administrative skills to join our client within Medtech. In this multifaceted role, you will help shape and elevate the brand by designing packaging, labels, and marketing materials while also managing key administrative tasks. You will oversee systems such as the company’s translation management platform and assist with creating polished PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, you will produce content for LinkedIn and support various marketing initiatives.
About the role as Junior Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design packaging and create 3D renderings
- Develop marketing materials, including professional PowerPoint presentations
- Manage and monitor the company’s translation management system
- Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn
- Prepare training materials, such as instructional documents
- Edit photos and perform basic photography
- Contribute to improving workflows and processes
- Support marketing digitalization and automation efforts
Qualifications and Skills:
We’re seeking someone who combines creativity with organizational expertise. You should have 2-4 years of experience, preferably within the Medtech industry, and thrive in an environment with high regulatory standards.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion graphics tools like After Effects)
- Experience of creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
Additional skills that are beneficial:
- Familiarity with 3D tools (preferably Blender)
- Knowledge of PIM/DAM systems
- Interest or experience in using AI tools in design
- Photography and video editing experience
Fluency in English is essential for this role.

Good to know
This is a full-time, 8-month interim position via Hammer & Hanborg by Jurek, with the possibility of permanent employment. The assignment begins mid-January.
