The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Cambridge, Ontario.

In this role, you are more than just a voice on the phone; you are a key problem-solver. You will manage the heartbeat of our sales operations—from providing technical advice and quoting to processing the orders that keep major industrial projects moving.

What You Will Do:

  • Be the Expert: Respond to price requests, provide technical product specs, and suggest smart substitutes to ensure our customers get exactly what they need.
  • Drive the Process: Own the full sales cycle including quoting, order entry, and expediting to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Build Relationships: Manage high-volume customer interaction with a professional, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Close the Loop: Proactively follow up on quotes and maintain accurate CRM data to help us capture and retain business.

What You Bring:

  • Local Presence: Reliable daily commute to our Cambridge, Ontario office..
  • Professional Communication: Excellent English skills (written and verbal). Fluency in French is an significant asset.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to navigate internal operating systems.
  • Experience: A background in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service. Knowledge of industrial products is a major plus, but a "hunger to learn" is mandatory.
  • The Right Mindset: You are a self-starter who manages time efficiently and genuinely enjoys helping customers solve problems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
