Key Responsibilities
- Assisting senior lawyers in preparing case files, petitions, and affidavits.
- Conducting legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.
- Drafting legal notices, contracts, and agreements.
- Attending client meetings and court hearings.
- Filing and managing court documents.
- Cross-checking evidence, preparing witness lists, and supporting case strategy.
- Learning courtroom procedures and advocacy skills.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of civil law, procedures, and documentation.
- Good legal drafting and research skills.
- Analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases.
- Willingness to learn and work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
