Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Assist in the preparation for legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to senior legal staff as required.
Qualifications
- LLB degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Advocate's License to attend the court hearings. Must have completed AIBE and received COP (Certificate of Practice).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a legal environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
