Job Title: Legal Associate (Corporate, Civil, SARFAESI & Recovery Matters)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our legal team. Fresh law graduates with good drafting skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

-Obtaining necessary orders under the SARFAESI Act from the competent authorities.

-Drafting and typing police complaints, applications, and related correspondence with police authorities.

-Preparing and typing applications/letters to Tehsildar and other revenue officers for physical possession of secured assets.

-Drafting various legal applications, petitions, affidavits, and official documents.

-Handling day-to-day official legal work including coordination with courts, banks, and government departments.

-Assisting senior lawyers in documentation, follow-ups, and compliance-related matters.

-Maintaining proper records of all legal documents and orders.

Requirements / Skills:

-Must have completed or under LLB.

-Freshers with strong command over legal drafting are welcome.

-Basic knowledge of SARFAESI Act, 2002 and recovery proceedings will be an advantage.

-Excellent typing speed and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

-Good command over English and Hindi (both written and spoken).

-Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
