Join our dynamic, professional, and enthusiastic team as a Market Access Manager - Part-time in Finland.

As a Market Access Manager - Part-time, you will be responsible for reference pricing and managing hospital tenders in Finland. This role involves supporting price and reimbursement applications and processes, ensuring that all submissions are accurate and timely. You will play a crucial part in navigating the nuances of the Finnish healthcare system, contributing to the successful market access of our products.

Moreover, you will help build and maintain stakeholder relationships with Payers, Health Authorities and other decision makers.

This is a part-time (50%) role with a fixed-term contract for a period of 2 years .

The work location is Tammasaarenkatu 5, Helsinki . This position reports to the local Head of Market Access & Public Affairs.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on local prince and reimbursement dossiers.
  • Coordinate and initiate the approval and evaluation process for national price setting.
  • Help identify, engage, build, and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor the healthcare, political environment and competitive landscape, and assist in advising on actions to address threats and opportunities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Relevant Master's degree (e.g., health economics, economics, medicine, pharmacy/pharmacology, life sciences).
  • Understanding and interest in Health Economics (HE), Market Access (MA), and Pricing and Contracting for pharmaceutical products in Finland.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Finnish pharmaceutical reimbursement regulation and utilization of real-world evidence.
  • Excellent command of the Finnish and English languages.
  • You have passion, proactivity and willingness to achieve results.
  • Structured, analytical and organized way of working.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
