Position Summary
TheJunior Marketing Coordinator Apprenticeis responsible forsupporting market managersfrom all European countries inexecuting effective marketing campaigns and communication for traditional& digital technologies, in collaboration with the sales, digital and marketing teams.
Responsibilitiesof market managersstart when the product is available for production: fromthe launch plan, theconception of all the marcom toolstothe communicationand trainingamong thesales teams and thecustomers in charge.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the execution and deployment of communication tools (traditional and digital) briefed my market managers.
- Promotion of the product ranges dedicated to thesegment: creation of local tools,translation andupdate of local digital content,push and pull actions,advertising, videos, press,emailing,…
- Building of a localdata baseof customers and end users to set upstrong automation scenarios.
- Loyaltyprogram management
- Support with the analysis ofcompetitorsproviding with relevant information from the field to Marketing Managers.
- Coordinate and execute Internal Communication initiatives.
- Alternance M1/M2
- 8 to 12 monthsInternships inmarketingor marketing communications.
- Fluent inFrenchandEnglish (verygood English iscompulsory);Dutch,GermanandItalianwouldbe a plus.
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication, both oral and written
- Strong and creative presentation skills.
- Passion and drive to deliver results
- Working knowledge ofMicrosoftsoftwares (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook) andweb analytics tools (Google Analytics,WebTrends)
- Working knowledge on Canva
- Basic knowledge onAdobe Creative Suite would be a plus
- Proven knowledge in key areas ofdigitalmarketingand practical application of digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to understand business strategy and its marketingimplication.
- Developing social presence andadvocating brands effectively.
- Good time managementskills; ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced.
- Availability to travel ifrequired for the job.
