About this Position

Join a dynamic regional Consumer Brands team in Vienna where you will help shape cutting-edge digital experiences, drive innovation across markets, and turn insights into impactful campaigns that elevate brands and truly make a difference.

What you´ll do

  • Steers media planning, for selected brands, in 15 CEE (Central Eastern European) markets together with local and regional teams
  • Collaborates closely with external media agencies
  • Prepares digital campaigns and leads their data-based evaluation for impact assessment
  • Tracks, analyses and derives action from competitor's media activities and media effectiveness evaluations
  • Contributes to the evolution of media activities and strategies towards digital, especially social media, via test & learn
  • Shares knowledge across brands and markets and actively contributes to upskilling initiatives
  • Tests and steers roll-out of new applications / functionalities including AdTech
  • Supports media agency vendor negotiations & pitches, as well as contract management

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in marketing & communications or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in media (media agency, media sales, media consulting, media department of advertiser)
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Strong analytic and project management skills
  • Teamplayer with a clear sense of ownership & responsiblity
