Junior Online Marketeer

Are you a Junior Online Marketeer with an affinity for digital campaigns, the German market, and an interest in the financial sector? In this full-time role, you will primarily work within our international Demand Creation squad, where you contribute to marketing and content campaigns for active retail investors across multiple European markets.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop in an international marketing environment and enjoys working at the intersection of content, campaigns, website optimization, and data analysis.

What will you do

• Contribute to the execution of international marketing campaigns
• Set up and optimize web pages in WordPress
• Think along about UX and conversion improvements on landing pages
• Support campaign coordination across multiple markets
• Work with data from GA4 and heatmaps to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with specialists in content, design, email, and performance marketing
• Work within an agile marketing environment

Who are you

We are looking for a practical and eager-to-learn junior marketer who enjoys working internationally:

• You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• You speak and write fluent German
• You have good command of English, both spoken and written
• You have experience with WordPress or page building
• You enjoy working data-driven and have experience with (or interest in) GA4 and heatmaps
• You have an interest in UX and conversion optimization
• Preferably, you have experience with agile working
• Experience with email marketing is a plus
• Experience with social media is a plus
• Affinity with the financial sector is a plus
