Junior Operations Officer
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily investment funds operational activities (corporate actions, payments, settlement etc.)
- Monitor and perform regular reconciliations of transactions, holdings and cash positions
- Liaising with clients and counterparties to resolve any issues or queries related to fund operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Generate and distribute regular reports and notifications of fund events to internal stakeholders and clients
- Contribution to process improvements and projects
- Fund opening and maintenance of master data
Your Profile
- A first experience in fund industry or operational activities would be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or relevant experience
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
- Pro-active attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German and English
