Specifics of the Job:


This is an admin-based role supporting a busy Plant department.

This person will require the ability to manage their own time, be a motivated self-starter, work to deadlines and produce a high standard of quality in their work. You will have strong communication, IT and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.

This role will be based at our Plant Yard in Dublin 22

The role is a Fixed Term contract initially to cover a period of maternity leave.


Key Duties


Main Responsibilities (not exhaustive)


Processing of delivery, return dockets and stores issues.

Updating company central database system which controls Asset related data.

Populating and issue of weekly and monthly reports.

Electronic filing of all Plant department records.

Checking of Invoices against accruals.

Providing general administration support to plant department.

Ad hoc duties as required by Plant dept.

Inspection sheet processing for vehicle and Plant compliance.

New asset set up and disposal on company database.

Taxing of vehicles and booking Vehicle tests.

Co-ordinating vehicle maintenance and servicing.

Toll and fuel card processing


Skills / Experience required for the role:


Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.

Exceptional PC skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite essential.

Be detail-oriented with the desire to achieve excellence through your own initiative.

Exceptional organisational skills

Good problem-solving skills.

Ability to work on their own and also as part of a team.

Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
