• Procurement Process Support:Junior officers will assist with all stages of the procurement process, from initial needs identification to purchase order closure.
• Supplier Management:They will maintain relationships with suppliers, gather information, and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Purchase Order Management:This includes preparing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and following up with suppliers to expedite deliveries.
• Data Management:Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Inventory Coordination:Collaborating with inventory clerks and warehouse supervisors to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.
• Invoice Handling:Assisting with invoice processing and payment.
• Compliance:Ensuring that all procurement activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
• Documentation:Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all procurement activities.
• Reporting:Providing updates on order status and escalating any issues or queries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹19,260.74 - ₹25,423.19 per month
