At The Signal Group, we’re proud to make & supply innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. As we continue expanding our offerings, we’re in search of a passionate product manager to spearhead the creation of our product team.

Looking for a step-up opportunity into your first appointment as a Product Manager?

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in our product offerings and a creative mindset for filling them.

You should be a highly skilled market analyst with the ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from idea to launch.

We’re looking for a passionate collaborator who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.

Key responsibilities will include:
Develop product strategies for promotional lines, awards, personal ID, work apparel and other new aligned products.
Analyse customer needs, market trends and market activity.
Partner with & negotiate wit domestic and overseas supply partners.
Know your market, the competitors, both established and emerging.
Product development pipeline leadership.
Commercially capable, delivering the required sales, margin and return on inventories.
Product costing leadership.
Passionate about sustainability and ethical sourcing strategies and solutions.

Familiar with and can develop product & category strategies.
Determined & disciplined, but fair negotiation approach with our partners.
Understands E2E product life-cycle and delivery.
