Your Role

• Implement Production Plans: Execute production plans tailored for specialty gas manufacturing, ensuring targets align with customer demand.
• Manage Plant Processes: Oversee plant operations to meet production objectives for specialty gases, optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Drive Productivity Improvements: Identify productivity enhancement opportunities, utilizing daily production data to optimize processes.
• Monitor Product Quality: Assess product quality and throughput, implementing quality control measures to meet industry standards and customer specifications for specialty gases.
• Develop SOPs: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for specialty gas production and provide training to operators for compliance and safety.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations and Best Safety Practices (BSP) to maintain a safe workplace for specialty gas production, conducting safety audits and training sessions.
• Lead Troubleshooting Efforts: Manage troubleshooting of plant operations, addressing equipment or process issues promptly and coordinating with contractors during maintenance.
• Maintain Equipment: Oversee maintenance of critical production equipment, ensuring reliability and minimizing downtime through regular inspections and repairs.
• Interface with Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to support specialty gas operations and ensure customer needs are met.
• Support Business Activities: Facilitate customer visits and supplier assessments, participating in contingency planning to ensure operational continuity.

Who You Are

• Fresh Graduate with bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or relevant majors with chemical engineering knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal & outgoing communication abilities to collaborate with production operators.
• Intermediate English with the confidence to engage in conversations with international colleagues.
• Basic understanding of Environment Health & Safety regulations and quality management in the specialty gas.
• Proactive in identifying and solving problems.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certificates(가스, 위험물 관련 자격증) holder is a big plus.
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting techniques in specialty gas production is a plus.
• Familiarity with processes and operational strategies specific to specialty gas production is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety management practices relevant to the specialty gas sector is a plus.
• Experience with data management and statistical quality control (SPC/SQC) is a plus.
