Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Coordinator / CNC Programmer to join our architectural cladding team. This role is focused specifically on ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panel scopes and supports both the drafting and CNC production sides of the business.

The successful candidate will assist with shop drawings, panel layout, and CNC programming for AXYZ Panel Builder machines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in architectural drafting, digital fabrication, and exterior building systems. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing AutoCAD shop drawings for ACM panel projects
• Develop panel layouts, part breakdowns, and fabrication-ready drawings
• Prepare and program CNC files and releases for production on AXYZ Panel Builder systems
• Review drawings and documents using Bluebeam for accuracy and coordination
• Work closely with project managers, estimators, and shop personnel to support fabrication
• Maintain organized drawing sets, revisions, and production files
• Follow company drafting standards and CNC workflows
• Provide additional administrative support to the owner

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AXYZ Panel Builder or similar CNC panel processing equipment(or willingness to learn)
• Basic to intermediate AutoCAD experience (2D drafting)
• Familiarity with or interest in CNC programming and digital fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred / Asset Qualifications

• Experience with Bluebeam Revu
• Knowledge of aluminum composite panels (ACM) and exterior cladding systems
• Understanding of building envelope construction principles
• Previous experience in architectural cladding or metal fabrication

Training & Development

• On-the-job training provided for CNC programming and panel builder workflows
• Opportunity to develop advanced skills in architectural cladding and digital manufacturing
• Exposure to real-world commercial exterior projects
