Join Drees & Sommer Denmark as a Junior Project Manager, where you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including logistics, office spaces, and hospitality. In this role, you'll gain practical experience in managing and delivering high-quality projects for diverse clients.
YOUR TASKS
- Actively manage fit-out and real estate projects from initial concept through planning, tendering, contracting, supervision, and commissioning.
- Participate in feasibility studies and economic evaluations.
- Coordinate and monitor project scope, budget, schedule, and quality from planning to execution.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and client reports, including technical and environmental due diligence.
- Communicate, coordinate, and exchange information with project stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Preferably, initial work experience in project management within the real estate and construction sector.
- Familiarity with Danish building regulations is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English; Danish skills are a plus.
