GVM Auctioneers are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Property Valuer to join our busy and successful Limerick team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the property and auctioneering industry, working alongside an experienced team and gaining valuable experience across a wide range of property.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about property and interested in the local market
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident and professional when dealing with clients
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in IT and social media
• A full driving licence holder
• Previous property, sales or customer service experience would be an advantage

Relevant property qualifications or a desire to pursue a career in property/valuation would be welcomed.
