What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build Relationships: Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find their perfect car.
• Showcase Our Range: Present and demonstrate the benefits of our extensive used car inventory.
• Close the Deal: Guide customers through the buying process, negotiate terms, and seal the sale.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our sales, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Ability: Sales experience (car sales is a bonus – full training provided for the right person if not).
• Good communication skills and a customer first mindset.
• Negotiation Talent: Confidence to close deals effectively.
• Self-Motivation & Drive: A proactive approach and strong work ethic.
• Positive & Outgoing Personality: Make customers feel welcome and valued.
• Marketing Savvy: Basic knowledge of social media and promotions is an advantage.
• Driver’s Licence & Clean Record (essential for test drives).
