Kent Stainless are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity as the ideal candidate will assist in developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new business, and contributing to our overall sales strategy.

What you will do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Based primarily in Wexford, this role will involve some travel to Saudi Arabia and France.

Qualifications / Competencies you should have:

• Proven interest or experience in sales (experience in steel manufacturing or a related industry is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
