About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, and driving sales. You will play a key role in building our brand presence online while actively supporting the sales process through enquiry management and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing & Content Creation (Daily Tasks)

• Create and publish daily posts, Shorts, Reels, and short videos across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).
• Plan and execute engaging content calendars focused on brand awareness, product promotion, and audience engagement.
• Shoot, edit, and optimize short-form videos and Reels using mobile or basic editing tools.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build community and generate leads.

Sales Enquiry Management

• Manage incoming sales enquiries from website, social media, phone, and email.
• Promptly respond to leads, qualify them, and provide product/service information.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, messages, and emails to convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM or tracking sheet.
• Coordinate with the sales team to close deals and achieve monthly targets.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in offline and online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, lead conversion, etc.).
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Support the team with any other marketing or sales-related tasks as required.

Pay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
