Join our growing Veteran Owned and Operated dynamic team as a Construction & Roofing field team Specialist, where your expertise will drive the successful completion of residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with little to no sales experience who are willing to learn, work outdoors, and are looking to grow within a company to reach unlimited potential.

You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality marketing materials and providing construction and roofing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. THE ROLE:

As an Entry Level Canvasser, you'll have the autonomy to:

• Manage your own territory using our proven field sales strategies
• Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing with experienced team members
• Convert high-value opportunities through our efficient sales process

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Willing to knock doors and work outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Self-motivated and dependable
• No prior sales or roofing experience required

• No micromanagement

Requirements:

Must be available Monday - Friday 11am-7pm and available to work saturdays

Must have personal transportation

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
