What you will be doing:
- Managing Corporate Accounts: Build strong relationships with our corporate clients. Need to understand their commercial, contract terms, and group travel business volume to tailor our services effectively.
- Client Meetings: Regular meetings with our corporate clients. Understand their business and travel patterns while discussing future group travel plans and any requirements they have. Push for cross-selling opportunities during these discussions. Take feedback on past group trave and if any gap immediately work and fix the same
- Payment Follow-Ups: Ensure timely payment from corporate clients. This includes sharing billing details, following up for payments as per our contracts, and coordinating with the accounts team for fund settlements.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction with our services is paramount. We need to collect feedback post-departure to assess our service levels and identify any areas for improvement. Personally taking care of VIP’s travel arrangement
- Collaboration with Air Team & Other Stake holder: Work closely with our Air team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions, including group procurement, ticketing, and timely billing. Any cross-sell opportunities should also be managed efficiently.
- Relationship & Brand Visibility: Represent FCM Meetings & Events at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and build strategic relationships, Showcase our product & performance in group travel and give confident to corporate on our group travel.
- New Business Development: Actively pursuing new business opportunities in the market. This involves discussing commercials with potential clients and bringing them on board. Preparing strategies for acquiring new business, Leveraging our internal networks within FCTG can help to generate leads and uncover new cross-sell opportunities to support broader business acquisition goals.
- Strategic Planning: Scheduling weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss performance and future planning. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to refine our sales strategies and customer engagement approaches.
- Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, pipeline status, and client communications using relevant CRM systems and Manual excel sheet (DSR)
What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated sales skills in the same or a similar role - with a preference for someone with group travel experience
- Strong understanding of group air quoting and supplier contracts
- Experience working with internal handover workflows
- MICE product knowledge in key regions
- Familiarity with Salesforce and quoting tools
