Location: Noida, Sector-57 (Work from office)

Experience: 06 months of experience (Voice/Non-Vpice)

Shift Timings:

6 AM-12 AM (Any 9-hour shift) for both Males & Females

Mandatory Language: Kannada (02-positions) & (Gujarati-05 positions)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined SLAs
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as per process guidelines
  • Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, FCR, and productivity targets
  • Handle customer objections, de-escalate irate callers, and ensure positive resolution
  • Stay updated with process changes, product updates, and training modules
  • Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
