Job Description

We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our products, generate business leads, and follow up with prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries.
• Communicate fluently in Kannada and explain product details to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain customer details and call records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Kannada.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
