Kerb & Channel Concreter

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Kerb & Channel Concrete Finisher to join their busy team. This is a hands-on role, requiring strong skills in concrete finishing and the ability to work effectively within a small team. The role involves working on projects in Canterbury and wider regions with start and finish times depending on concrete setting and weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lay and shape kerbs and channels for road construction and drainage projects.
Ensure the correct alignment and installation of kerbs and channels.
Operate tools and machinery for concrete finishing.
Assist with site preparation and formwork for concrete pours.
Maintain a high standard of quality and safety on-site.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kerb & Channel Concrete Finisher or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques.
Full Class 1 driver’s license and reliable transport (able to travel to and from the yard based in Harewood daily).
