ü Position Title: Key Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result driven Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for achieving company sales targets, promoting our services to our clients and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

§ Collaborate with the sales team to execute and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

§ Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.

§ Identify potential clients and conduct research to understand their needs and requirements.

§ Develop and present sales proposals and solutions tailored to meet client objectives.

§ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

§ Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

§ Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure quick response and customer satisfaction.

§ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate product knowledge to clients.

§ Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, and able to work without constant supervision

§ Proven ability to get results and meet commitments

§ Strong analytical and organizational skills

§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Requirements

§ Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

§ Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT trading industry

§ Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills for building and maintaining sound client relationships.

§ A sales officer should be Tele consultant.

§ Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

§ In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.

§ Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.

§ In ideal condition, a sales officer should schedule meet with ten client a day.

§ Excellent time management and organizational skills.

§ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

§ Results-oriented mindset and proven track record of meeting sales targets.

§ Ability to commute/relocate before starting work (Required)

§ Language proficiency in English and Malayalam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
