About the role

Codafication is seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Key Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of mid-to-high value enterprise customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction throughout and after implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a rapidly growing technology company and contribute to our continued success.


Candidates must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship to be eligible for this position.


What you'll be doing

  • Be responsible for new business activities including supporting sales planning, prospecting, qualifying leads, product demonstrations and tender/proposal preparation.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers within target sectors (insurance, repair, property, and related industries) on a structured and planned basis.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline in Codafication's CRM, and report on progress and conversion rates to Leadership.
  • Support pre go-live activities by assisting customers and internal teams during onboarding and transition stages.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product, Project and Customer Success Teams to help drive product innovation, utilisation and satisfaction across the customer base.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience across products and services, feeding insights back into internal teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Monitor relevant industry trends, including regulatory and market developments, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations for customers.

About you

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably within the insurance or software industry.
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering commercial outcomes in a product or SaaS environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in managing renewals, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and the insurance claim process.
  • Highly organised with experience managing multiple clients and priorities.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is required for effective pipeline management.
