OUR ROLE
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive category growth with our partners and bring our beloved brands even closer to the people who use them every day. You will join a collaborative, forward‑thinking team that values accountability, problem‑solving, and delivering meaningful commercial impact. The role works with the Fiskars BA product portfolio, supported by an experienced and high‑performing commercial team. BA Fiskars includes Fiskars and Gerber products across gardening, outdoor, cooking, scissors, and creating categories.
This position is based at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland and reports to our Sales Director. The role is full‑time and follows a hybrid working model, with a preference for three (3) on‑site days per week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in managing and developing categories with strategic partners/customers. You will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth, building joint business plans with key retail partners, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across our portfolio of premium brands. You will work closely with a skilled commercial team with strong cross‑functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and growing Fiskars key accounts in Finland.
  • Leading the full customer journey from daily operations to annual business negotiations.
  • Planning and executing marketing activities in collaboration with retail partners.
  • Delivering on sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Conducting sales forecasting and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Supporting joint business planning initiatives with customer teams.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Fiskars & Gerber product range.
  • Analysing and using data such as market and consumer insights to guide decisions.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a commercially savvy relationship-builder who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. You have a strategic mindset, a structured approach, and a passion for premium consumer brands. You enjoy working collaboratively, but you’re also confident taking the lead and driving initiatives forward. You have a data‑driven mindset and an analytical approach. You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, work effectively as a team player, and contribute positively to our collaborative and energetic culture.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Key Account Management or sales/commercial roles within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of Finland’s retail landscape and customer operations.
  • A consumer-centric and analytical approach to identifying growth opportunities.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business or Marketing)
