We're hiring: Manager – Digital Commerce | Yumleys (Ranchpride Agrocomm Pvt. Ltd.)

Navi Mumbai / Mumbai / Thane | Full-Time | 5–8 Years Experience
Upto 16 LPA Fixed + ₹2–3 LPA Variable | Reports to VP – Channel Sales & Revenue

Role Purpose
Own and grow Yumleys' complete E-commerce + Q-commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and emerging platforms — revenue, assortment, availability, pricing, promotions, platform relationships, and profitable growth.

What we're looking for

• 5–8 years total experience; 3–4+ years direct E-commerce/Q-commerce/marketplace experience
• Hands-on Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart experience strongly preferred, with Amazon/Flipkart/BigBasket/JioMart exposure
• FMCG/Food/Beverage/D2C/Consumer Brand background preferred
• Must have personally owned and can quantify revenue/GMV/category growth
• Strong grip on assortment, pricing, promotions, platform commercials, margin and contribution
• Strong Excel/Sheets and business analytics
• Strong platform negotiation and cross-functional execution

Key Responsibilities
Own monthly/annual digital-commerce revenue plans; manage platform relationships and drive assortment, launches and visibility; own pricing, promotions and trade spends; track GMV/NSV, AOV, fill rate, ROAS and contribution; coordinate demand forecasting with logistics; identify unprofitable SKUs/promotions; partner with Brand, Performance Marketing, Finance and Warehouse teams.

This role is not a fit for: pure Performance Marketing/Media Buying specialists, SEO/Social/Content/Influencer marketers, catalogue-only marketplace executives, Warehouse/Logistics/Procurement profiles, traditional field sales, or agency-side candidates without consumer-brand commercial ownership.
