As Key Account Manager, you will manage Sandoz business with key customers of national or regional relevance, be the Key Lead contact for defined Key Accounts, defining KAM-strategy along the product lifecycle in cooperation with marketing and other departments
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Brand Ambassador for Sandoz on customer level, achieve highest Customer Satisfaction
Achieve Sales and Profitability target with defined Key Accounts
Successfully applied business acumen with the ability to develop strategies and ensure excellence in execution
Set up and implement reliable forecasts with Top Key Accounts
Define pricing/ rebate policy (in strong collaboration with Head Strat. Accounts and CFO)
Design and successful implementation of go to market plans
Coordination of sales related projects
Collaborates effectively with KAM team, Head of Sales and Marketing
To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge in the area of Pharmaceutical market, Sandoz priority products, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs
To implement with excellence the sales and marketing campaigns adhering to the relevant Codes of Practice/regulations
Key Performance Indicators include: Achievement of Sales and Profit targets on defined Key Accounts
Travel: 75%
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential. German desirable
3-5 years experience in a Key Account Manager role
Robust commercial acumen with the ability to manage customer relationships
Experience in creating, modelling and executing KAM-strategies and growth initiatives
Analytic capabilities to execute a performance tracking process and lead the governance to maximize commercial results and customer satisfaction
Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences.
Results-oriented and committed to excellence.
Highly motivated, resilient, and optimistic.
Highest standard of personal ethics and integrity.
