We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to manage our Key Account nationwide
Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts and Strategic Partnerships, you’ll hit the ground running in this role where you'll lead relationships, negotiations and business development with a large portfolio of customers. You'll manage the day-to-day and focus on planning and executing initiatives that positively impact profit and volume targets for us and our customers. You'll get the chance to be part of some exciting projects as we pivot to increase our market share and nail our strategic objectives.
Travel across the country is expected as part of the role, however you'll have flexibility, freedom to be autonomous, and the ability to make the role and your travel cycle your own. A vehicle will be provided as part of the package.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a passion for customer service excellence. To be successful, you'll have demonstrated relationship-building and sales management skills. Inspiring and consultative, you'll be relational and communicate with passion and conviction. You’ll also be ambitious for growth and able to stimulate fresh thinking.
You'll also have:
Demonstrated account management experience
A solid understanding of the region the role covers
Strong business acumen and proficient computer skills
An affinity with / knowledge of the agricultural sector (highly desirable)
An ability to think strategically and tactically and utilise data to create innovative solutions
Excellent knowledge and understanding of key sales metrics
High levels of problem-solving, negotiation and presentation skills
Flexibility and adaptability are also required to thrive in our high-paced environment.
