Key Account Representative, Senior

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Key Account Manager to join our Finnish team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Create and implement business strategies to facilitate key account growth in long term.
  • Lead cooperation: Lead operative customer activities to ensure excellent key account cooperation.
  • Financial Performance: Identify, develop, and execute projects to improve the financial performance.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strategic relationships with key account customers.
  • Business Agreements: Lead business agreements with key account customers.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals set by senior management.

Key Experiences Required:

  • Extensive Key Account management experience, with proven track record of leading big chain customers.
  • Understanding of hardware store business: You understand how the business works in hardware store context, that you can make right timed and scaled decisions for the customer.
  • Communication skills: You communicate effectively with different parties by choosing desirable communication style to achieve best results.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities: To succeed in the position, you need excellent problem-solving capabilities to achieve trust of the customer. You can analyse the market that you can provide sales insights for the IBP process.
  • Strong negotiation skills: You master negotiations of difficult and complex contracts to drive profitable customer growth.
  • Sales experience: You have extensive sales experience with proven growth stories.
  • Fluency with Finnish and English: As our customer operate in local and in global context, fluency in Finnish and English is mandatory.
