We’re Hiring: Key Accounts Manager – Fire Protection Services

Are you a customer-focused Key Accounts Manager with experience in fire protection, building services or a similar industry?

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of a portfolio of key clients across our fire protection maintenance and compliance services.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Be the main point of contact for service queries, issues and escalations.
• Work with technicians, service coordinators and project teams to ensure great service delivery.
• Monitor contracts, KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Manage outstanding works, defects and rectifications.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and services.
• Support new contract pricing, mobilisation and handover.
• Ensure services align with relevant standards, including AS 1851.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in account management, client relationships or service coordination.
• Fire protection or building services experience is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of fire systems — wet/dry, detection, passive fire, EWIS etc.
• Strong communication, organisation and commercial skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Uptick and Microsoft Office experience is desirable.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
