As Key Client Director (KCD) you will be responsible for building and maintaining the strategic partnership with Global Key Clients (Security, Military or Defense sectors) to position Maersk as the preferred logistics partner. The KCD will maximise Maersk’s business result through a combination of world class account management, business development, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
Organise and connect the global Maersk team across functions, products and area for overall customer experience
Drive inspired Account Team culture with customer identity
Develop a joint strategic roadmap with the customer and Customer Program Development (CPD)
Lead Opportunities identification in accordance with the roadmap
Lead sales pursuits
Ensure that Value Propositions are tailor-made to customer needs
Align and agree on KPI and SLA
Monitor and Support contract and commitment Ensure the overall account team is compliant with NNC guidelines
Who we are looking for
Specialised knowledge of the Security or Defense sectors
Able to identify opportunities for strategic partnership.
Ability to operate effectively in matrix environment
A Sales Professional with proven track record of targeting, strong strategic account plan, growth ambitions.
Ability to articulate well and being confident working with senior management teams.
Significant experience in international supply chain
Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness and influencing skills.
