Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key holder to join our team in as fast paced dining resturant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while supporting the management team in daily operations. This role requires a proactive approach to training development and team management, contributing to the overall success of the resturant.

Duties

• Assist the resturant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in resturant or as an Assistant Manager in a resturant setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with a diverse customer base is essential.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
