KG Coordinator (Kindergarten Coordinator)

Qualification

• UG / PG in any discipline
• NTT / D.El.Ed / Montessori / ECCE certification mandatory
• B.Ed. preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Kindergarten / Pre-Primary education
• Prior experience as KG Teacher / Senior KG In-charge / Coordinator preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise KG academic and co-curricular activities
• Develop age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• Ensure effective implementation of play-way and activity-based learning
• Guide, mentor, and support KG teachers
• Monitor classroom teaching, lesson plans, and student progress
• Organize events, celebrations, and parent engagement programs
• Maintain child safety, hygiene, and discipline standards
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development
• Coordinate with school management and principal
• Ensure compliance with school policies and early childhood education norms

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication with children, parents, and staff
• Deep understanding of early childhood development
• Creativity, patience, and nurturing attitude
• Ability to train and manage KG teaching staff
