Work directly with older adults in their homes, providing personalized exercise programs that improve strength, balance, and mobility.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-home kinesiology assessments
- Designing personalized exercise programs for seniors
- Delivering one-on-one personal training sessions
- Supporting fall prevention and mobility training
- Helping clients recover from injury or surgery through safe movement
- Tracking client progress and adapting programs as needed
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field
- Experience working as a Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, or Exercise Professional
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping seniors stay active and independent
Preferred:
- 2+ years experience as a Personal Trainer
- Experience working with older adults
- Experience with fall prevention or rehabilitation programs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
