We’re looking for a knowledgeable, client-focused Kinesiologist who is passionate about movement science, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall functional wellness.
Position Overview
As a Kinesiologist, you will support clients in improving physical function, mobility, and overall well-being. You’ll work closely with our aesthetic and clinical team to deliver movement-based assessments and personalized programs that complement cosmetic and wellness services offered in the clinic.
Your role will bridge therapeutic exercise, functional rehabilitation, ergonomics, and lifestyle guidance to help clients achieve long-term results.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Care & Assessment
- Conduct detailed movement assessments, posture evaluations, and functional capacity testing
- Review client health history, goals, and limitations to personalize care plans
- Develop and implement safe, effective exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Educate clients on body mechanics, lifestyle habits, and injury prevention
Treatment & Support
- Provide one-on-one kinesiology sessions (strengthening, mobility, conditioning, corrective exercise)
- Guide pre- and post-treatment care for medi-spa services where kinesiology supports better outcomes
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as required
- Collaborate with clinic providers (RNs, aestheticians, medical directors) to ensure integrated care
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate client notes and treatment plans
- Follow all Ontario health regulations, privacy standards, and professional guidelines
- Adhere to clinic protocols and maintain a clean, professional treatment environment
Clinic Operations & Team Support
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions
- Educate clients on complementary clinic services when appropriate
- Support wellness events, workshops, and client education sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics (required)
- Registered with OKA (Ontario Kinesiology Association) or eligible
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise science
- Experience in a clinic, wellness centre, rehab setting, or medi-spa is an asset
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and motivational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00-$75.00 per hour
