YO! Sushi is opening in Limerick – and we’re hiring a Kiosk Manager!
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on leader to run our brand-new sushi kiosk in the heart of Limerick. Whether you have previous chef experience or just a strong love for food and hospitality, this is your chance to lead a small team and manage your own site under a global brand.

What You’ll Do
As Kiosk Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything – leading your team, managing the kiosk, and delivering an amazing customer experience.

• Oversee daily operations and sushi production
• Lead and motivate a small, high-performing team
• Ensure excellent food presentation and quality
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards
• Manage stock levels, orders, and control wastage
• Follow our daily management checklist.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Background in hospitality, food retail or customer service
• A passion for food and high standards
• Calm, organised and solutions-focused
• Weekend availability required
• Previous chef experience is a bonus, not a must – full training provided

Job Details

• Full-time role
• 35–40 hours per week
• Typical shift: 7am–3pm
• In-person, Limerick City Centre
