Kitchen Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Support:
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food prep and cleaning tasks
- Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils
- Keep the kitchen and storage areas clean, organized, and hygienic
- Dispose of kitchen waste and follow recycling procedures
- Restock supplies as needed
General Cleaning Duties:
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and staff zones
- Kitchen remodeling
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust public and back-of-house areas
- Refill cleaning materials and maintain housekeeping supplies
- Follow safety procedures for cleaning chemicals and tools
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus
- Ability to handle physical tasks and work on your feet for extended periods
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety protocols
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.23 – $29.95 per hour
