Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Representative

Lifestyle Kitchens & Baths (a division of Wilke Window & Door, Inc.) features two of the largest kitchen and bath showrooms in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. We offer a wide variety of name brand cabinetry, countertop, and hardware products as well as design and installation services to both commercial and retail customers. We’ve been in business for over 30 years and currently have two large showrooms located in Fenton, Missouri and Shiloh, Illinois.

Position:

(NO COLD CALLING)

Lifestyle Kitchens & Baths is currently hiring for the position of Kitchen & Bath Designer/ Sales Representative at our Shiloh, Illinois showroom location.

This full-time position calls for an energetic and outgoing individual with at least 1-2 years kitchen/bath cabinet design experience and/or Interior Design degree preferred. Knowledge of 20/20 design software a definite plus.

Candidates will be assisting customers in a showroom environment, field measuring on-site, designing cabinetry lay-outs, and generating estimates. Computer, customer service, and communication skills required. Experience reading blueprints and estimating preferred.

Must Be Available to Work Saturdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Skills:

Background in design and/or cabinetry sales with at least 2 years sales experience preferred.

Must possess a high degree of self-motivation and well developed planning, organization and time management skills.

Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to present both product and service capabilities of the company in response to the unique needs of each customer.

Must be flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends as required.

Education:

Certificate or degree in interior design and/or sales preferred.

Required Computer Knowledge/ Experience:

MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, (Exp. With 20/20 a plus)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
