Join Our Team as a Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant in Naas.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant to join one of Ireland's most innovative kitchen retailers in Naas. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and a proven sales track record, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create kitchens, utility rooms, and wardrobes that exceed client expectations.
• Manage client relationships from consultation to final installation, ensuring their needs are met at every step.
• Prepare accurate quotes, maintaining profitability while meeting targets.
• Offer expert guidance to customers, helping them navigate the design and fitting process with confidence.

Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of design experience in the kitchen or related industry.
• Proven sales performance in the kitchen industry or similar retail sector.
• Strong design and technical skills with a creative flair.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to mentor and train junior staff.
• Flexibility to work around customer demands and timelines.

Pay: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
