About the role:
Cater Care is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Hand to join our team at a Albion Park, NSW. In this role, you’ll assist with meal service and help create a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents.

Pay: $25.85 base per hour + weekend penalties

Roster: Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 3.30pm to 7.30pm

What this role involves:

• Assisting with food preparation, including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
• Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
• Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
• Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
• Setting tables, plating meals, and supporting the chef with general kitchen duties

Skills and Experiences:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet resident needs and service expectations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to busy and changing environments
