Sous chef – Niche Lounge
Niche Lounge is where great food, tasty drinks, and good times come together. We’re known for our lively happy hour, sports on the big screen, and a menu that keeps guests coming back. We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver the quality and consistency our guests expect.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to spec, ensuring every dish meets our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Handle prep work — from chopping and marinating to setting up your station — with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy happy hours and game nights.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or culinary training preferred.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
- Great communication and teamwork skills — we rely on each other to keep things moving.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
