About the Role
We are seeking two full-time Kitchen Prep Helpers to join our Bakery Production Kitchen team. This is a hands-on role in a high-volume production environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and efficiency are key. Candidates will support the Bakery Prep Team with daily production tasks, ensuring our baked goods are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Available Schedules

• Position 1: Sunday to Thursday, afternoon shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm)
• Position 2: Tuesday to Saturday, weekend day + weekday afternoons (Sunday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Tuesday–Saturday 2:00pm – 10:30pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients for daily bakery production.
• Support baking staff with prep tasks including portioning, scaling, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Bakery Prep Team to ensure production schedules are met.
• Support with inventory rotation and storage organization as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production environment is an asset but not required – we’re willing to train motivated candidates.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work the scheduled shifts listed above.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
