About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for a candidate interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Kitchen Department.

What you will do

During the internship in our Kitchen Department, you'll acquire valuable knowledge about various food preparation techniques. As a Kitchen Intern, you'll get hands-on experience in various aspects of the department including preparation, banquets, room service, and restaurant operations.

What you bring

A genuine passion for food preparation and basic culinary knowledge.

Team work and flexible approach.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian language.
