Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager or Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Prescott Golf Club. This pivotal role involves overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining high standards of safety and service to delight our members and visitors.
Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards.
• Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Develop menus in collaboration with the club management to cater to members' preferences.
• Control inventory, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen budgets.
• Train and mentor team members to foster a professional and motivated environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance overall dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in a culinary or restaurant setting.
• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities within a hospitality or food industry environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Previous experience managing a restaurant or kitchen is highly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
