Duties of the Kitchen Porter include but not limited to:
- ·Assist Chef to clean the kitchen daily and with the scheduled deep cleaning.
- Empty and clean waste bins
- Clean grease trap machines
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene throughout the kitchen and all areas
- Pot wash and clean additional equipment as scheduled
- To keep the kitchen fridges and freezers clean
- To accept deliveries by checking off the delivery
- To put deliveries away using stock rotation
- Clean Toilets throughout the day and end of day
- To advise the if there’s any discrepancies with the deliveries
- Ad hoc and Any Related Duties
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €13.55-€15.00 per hour
