Kitchen Porter Opportunity – Fairway Bar & Restaurant, Adare

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join the team at Fairway Bar & Restaurant, located at Adare Manor Golf Club.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing restaurant with a strong local following, a friendly team culture, and a genuine sense of pride in what we do. The kitchen is the engine room. The Kitchen Porter keeps it running smoothly.

The Role

• Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team with daily operations
• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment efficiently and to a high standard
• Keeping all kitchen areas clean, organised and compliant with hygiene regulations
• Assisting with basic food preparation when required
• Ensuring bins are managed correctly and stock areas remain tidy

Hours

• Breakfast, lunch and early evening service
• Typical opening hours 9am to 6pm, and 9am to 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional events

• Previous experience is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided
