Hampton by Hilton is a newly built 253 bedroom hotel and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive Duty Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will support the chefs and wider kitchen team with food preparation, cleaning and maintaining high standards of hygiene and organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy team environment and is looking to develop their skills and experience in a professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks.
• Wash, peel, chop and prepare ingredients as required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised kitchen at all times.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
• Clean kitchen equipment, work surfaces and floors.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Store food and ingredients correctly and safely.
• Help with deliveries, stock rotation and general kitchen duties.
• Minimise food waste and maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties required by the Head Chef or management.
