Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean, organised, and hygienic at all times
Assist chefs with basic food preparation as required
Dispose of waste correctly and maintain recycling practices
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Follow all health, safety, and HACCP procedures

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and reliability
Availability to work weekends
